If you had a carefully planned social media plan back in January, you likely had to start from scratch by March. As the messaging changed, sometimes daily, the calls for greater authenticity through the use of each social channel evolved. Many organizations are still carefully exploring the right way to reach their audiences and the tones they need to take.
