The practice of public relations has been fundamentally changing over the past decade, but COVID-19 has added an additional dimension to how it might reinvent itself. Between a continuously changing media landscape and a convergence of communications disciplines, clients are expecting to reach their audiences through newer, improved models that take PR away from its traditional form but continue in its basis of interaction and conversation.

This session will seek to discover how the industry is adjusting, agencies are recalibrating, and suppliers are working to help meet the demand of analyzing and providing more returns on investment.
