CMO, Framebridge
Jeff Rinehart is the Chief Marketing Officer of Framebridge in Washington D.C. Jeff joined the Framebridge team in December of last year after having been an senior advisor to the company for the prior year. In this role, Jeff manages all aspects of the Framebridge marketing engine along with the business intelligence and data science functions.
An Executive in Residence and faculty member at the Kogod School of Business at American University,
Rinehart also teaches graduate-level analytics, data-science, and marketing classes. He also sits on several private company boards, and is a sought-after voice in the data-driven marketing industry.
Jeff began his career as a statistician at Capital One (NYSE: COF), where he was responsible for building their internal credit scoring models. After several years in the statistician ranks, Jeff transitioned into more traditional business analyst roles across the company. He ended his decade-plus career there as VP of Marketing Strategy for the Consumer Credit Card division where he oversaw direct response channels for Capital One, including direct mail and all digital channels. In that role, Jeff and his team built the foundation and functionality that has allowed Capital One to emerge as a global leader in the digital marketing realm.
After leaving Capital One in early 2011, Jeff joined 2U, Inc (Nasdaq: TWOU) as their CMO, overseeing all aspects of marketing for their University partners including Yale, UC Berkeley, NYU and Northwestern. In that role he helped grow the company from a venture-backed startup, through a successful public offering on the NASDAQ in early 2014. Jeff stayed on for two years after their public offering as CMO before he decided to get back to earlier-stage company life.
