Kami lives the best of both worlds; a social media manager by day and a blogger by night. She knows how to use social media to drive sales, as well as influence conversations and trends. She is the social listening lead at Amtrak where she monitors digital conversations to understand what customers are saying about the Amtrak brand and industry online. Prior to her current role, Kami spent three years at Food Insight, a non-profit that communicates food and nutrition, managing their social media and digital space.
