VP of Strategy + Managing Director, HZ
Katie brings to HZ a diverse marketing background including retail, sports, fashion, beauty, food, and hospitality. She is highly skilled in fostering long-term relationships between client and agency through identifying and igniting a common vision for brand strategy, creative development, and implementation. She’s also responsible for managing and training her account teams to ensure we consistently deliver amazing on-brand, on-strategy work.
Prior to HZ, Katie has spent time agency-side, overseeing marketing and membership for a non-profit and brand-side at Ralph Lauren where she led the entire integrated marketing program for the Rugby brand—from initial concept through national rollout and launch of e-commerce. In her 7 years at HZ, she has had the good fortune to work with a great range of diverse brands including Hilton, Penn State Football, Disney, King Arthur Flour, Maidenform and of course the State of Maryland. Katie is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a B.A. in English and a minor in Economics.
