Limor is a smart buildings specialist having led TIA’s Smart Building Program from its launch in 2018, through its recent partner agreement with UL. Bringing together CRE and ICT leaders, the program had developed a smart buildings benchmark and certification, SPIRE™ which launched Sept 28, 2020. She has spoken and written on this topic extensively and internationally. With colleagues, she leads the NIST – Global City Teams Challenge Smart Buildings Super Cluster, contributes to the Greater Washington Board of Trade’s Connected DMV – Buildings and Urban Design, Wireless and Education Solutions Groups, and is a contributing member of the newest Urban Land Institute Technology Innovation Council.
Beginning her career as an international corporate attorney, Limor brings deep understanding of the digital and digitized environment from her work in the theme park, video game, mobile and communications infrastructure and other technology sectors. KeystoneTech Group is a market strategy, technology and business development consultancy focusing on the smart built environment and related technologies.
For the fun of it, Limor was former President of the World Future Society DC Chapter; Co-founder, Chair Emeritus of the IPv6 Forum Israel Chapter, and co-founded and co-led the Serious Games Meetup and the outdoor DCGames fest.
She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law (retired attorney from the CA, MA, NY bars); Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania; Executive Program Business Degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management; and Exponential Foresight and Impact Program Series from Singularity University.
