Nikki Rappaport is a creator and idea leader with a deep love for inspired hospitality. She is the Director of Brand and Innovation at CAVA; driving the growing culinary force into uncharted creative experiences that blend the physical and digital. Nikki’s passion for storytelling and creating exceptional experiences have defined the CAVA brand in her four years there, as the brand has grown to over 35 locations and products in more than 200 grocery stores. As CAVA moves nationwide, Nikki and her Innovation team are poised to change the conversation around food, content, digital convenience, and omnichannel customer experience. Nikki graduated from the George Washington University in 2009 with a BA in Journalism. Her creative spirit pours out through many other activities including wedding coordination, writing, personal branding workshops, and chocolate cake baking. In 2009 Nikki founded the popular DC food and lifestyle blog, Cupcakes for Breakfast.
