Rich Daughtridge is the Founder & CEO of HighRock, a Maryland-based marketing firm that specializes in all things strategy, creative and technology. As a storyteller and entrepreneur at heart, he saw the firm’s success in launching brands as a unique opportunity to also launch new companies. Through formation of a holdings company, HighRock Group, Rich co-founded several ventures including Leitersburg Cinemas, Waynesboro Theatre,
Warehouse Cinemas,
Warehouse Tap Room, and
LeftBrain Technology. With each new venture, the marketing tools of 3D, VR and other emerging technologies have continued to be the catalyst for success.
A champion for Maryland sports as well as Maryland businesses, Rich played 5 years of professional soccer for the Baltimore Blast, winning three national championships with the team.
