Saakshi Monga is a marketing leader and a puzzle solver, who envisions “what’s next” in a dynamic media landscape, bringing creative and customized solutions to clients’ marketing and communication challenges. Saakshi leads the Paid Media practice for Weber Shandwick in Washington, D.C. and manages a team of integrated paid media planners, digital and social media specialists, and ad operations.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Saakshi led the development and growth of a digital and integrated paid media capability at GMMB Inc., an Omnicom agency, hiring, managing and retaining a high-performing and award-winning team of digital media planners and ad operations with an unwavering focus on maintaining positive client relationships and driving bottom-line results. Saakshi was responsible for prospecting and integrating new and emerging technologies, consumer intelligence and measurement solutions for her clients. She also managed multi-channel negotiations and media partnerships for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Fortune 50companies, government agencies, trade associations, and numerous
political groups and candidates.
Prior to GMMB, Saakshi led digital advertising programs for large hospitality and real estate investment groups, including Blackstone Group, Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide. Saakshi is dedicated to professional and personal growth and served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the American University Kogod School of Business for two years.
